Triathlon for Trainers

This past Friday we had a sprint triathlon just for the trainers at my gym. There were 18 of us, 2 girls and the rest guys. It was such a blast! I want to train for some real ones outside now. We swam for 10 min, biked for 30, and ran for 20. I think the funniest part was these big body builder guys trying to swim! I wish I wasn't swimming at the same time so I could have watched them. I heard they were swimming all over each other, when they weren't sinking.

I guess it wasn't too much of a compliment that I took first place, since not everyone took it completely seriously, as you can see...

This isn't the whole gang, but most of the trainers. We all had a lot of fun together but it's especially fun now to rub in their faces that they all lost to a girl :)
